Coal mine blast in NE China, casualties unknown

HARBIN -- An explosion rocked a coal mine in Shuangyashan city, Northeast China's Heilongjiang province Tuesday morning, with casualties unknown yet, local authorities said.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
