SOHO China donates in western region

SOHO China, a Beijing-based property developer, donated 10 million yuan to Huangnan, a Tibetan autonomous prefecture in Qinghai Province, to improve its education system.
The donation will be mainly used to improve local school infrastructure and teacher training, said A Ge Dun, assistant governor of Huangnan.
"We will put the funding into education this year, mainly Qinghai and Gansu provinces in Western China," said Pan Shiyi, chairman of SOHO China. The company will donate a total of 20 million yuan this year.
