Mahjong cafe owner kidnaps wealthy player

A resident of Dalian, Liaoning province, who boasted of being filthy rich while playing mahjong at a cafe, was kidnapped last week.
The caf owner, surnamed Cui, overheard Xu and, together with three friends, abducted him in between a game.
The culprits were arrested six hours later.
