Casualties unknown in E China chemical plant blast

Photo taken on Feb 2, 2013 shows the broken chimney after an explosion occured in the Yongxing chemical plant in Boxing county, East China's Shandong province. A chimney in the plant exploded on Saturday. No casualty has been reported yet. Rescue work is in the progress. [Photo/Xinhua]
