News framework agreement inked

The State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and China Daily signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on Friday with the aim of strengthening cooperation in areas including attracting and managing foreign professionals and news reporting. Liu Yanguo, deputy director of the administration, said he believes the agreement will help take cooperation between the two organizations to a higher level. "We will closely cooperate with China Daily to help it attract international talent and boost news reporting in related fields," he said.
