Determination of time of birth of children born in China

According to the relevant legal provisions, the time of birth of children born in China is what is indicated in the household registration certificate; where no household registration certificate exists, the time of birth is what is indicated in the hospital birth certificate. Where there is no hospital certificate, the time is determined by reference to other relevant evidence.
