Guian-based electric car company Sitech has successfully developed its first DEV1 electric cars and will release them onto the market in September. It is expected to complete its 4,000 orders by the end of the year.
DEV1 is the first model to be developed by Sitech. It is an A0 level electric car which runs on the company's independently-developed D-OS system. It takes just five and a half hours to finish charging and has a maximum lifespan of 350 kilometers per charge, or 200 km when using the 30-minute fast charging mode.
The cost is only five yuan ($0.73) for 100 km, about one tenth the price of oil.
