Book of Xi's discourses on civil affairs work published

BEIJING - A compilation of excerpts from discourses on works related to civil affairs by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, has been published by the Central Party Literature Press.
The book, featuring six themes, brings together 224 excerpts from over 160 important speeches and written works by Xi between November 2012 and July 2025. Some of these passages are made public for the first time.
The discourses are of great significance for deepening the reform and innovation of civil affairs work, advancing the implementation of national strategy in response to population aging, and enhancing social governance work, according to the publisher.
