Guangdong launches nationwide recruitment drive to attract more top-tier talent

Xiao Qi, deputy director of the department of student affairs at the Ministry of Education, praised Guangdong's proactive approach to talent recruitment, noting that the campaign reflects the province's commitment to high-quality development and its appeal to young talent.
The recruitment event at Shanghai Jiao Tong University featured 226 enterprises offering 15,900 jobs, including high-paying positions with annual salaries ranging from 200,000 to over 1 million yuan. Top employers included leading companies like Huawei, Tencent, and BYD, as well as innovative startups and research institutions.
The event also showcased AI-powered recruitment tools, such as AI interview systems and resume optimization platforms.
